Orders paid before 12:00 noon Sydney time on a business day join that day's production run. After that, you're first in tomorrow's queue. The quote shows your expected dispatch date before you pay — that date is the promise.
Standard dispatch is within 48 hours of payment for everyday materials. Fine layers, finishing options and large batches each add about a day — always shown on the quote, never discovered after.
Every order ships tracked with AusPost Express. You get the tracking number by email the moment it's scanned, and it lives in your dashboard from then on.

Express still gets priority handling
Shipping is a flat $16.50 incl. GST per order — and free once your parts come to $165 or more (the checkout shows the moment you cross it). No pickup, sorry: we're a production floor, not a storefront — everything leaves tracked. Parts are wrapped and boxed to survive the courier, not just to leave the building.
Parcel damaged, lost, or wandering the country? Email hello@assysts.com with your order reference — we chase the carrier, you don't. If parts arrive damaged or not matching what you ordered, we reprint or refund, your choice, at our cost.
